1. Who we are

2. Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Mix at Home. The App contains content related to alcohol and is not intended for anyone under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is underage.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by emailing us.
4. Permitted use
Mix at Home is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the App without our permission.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the App.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App.
- Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.
5. Recipes and content
The recipes, cocktail descriptions, and related content in Mix at Home are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy:
- We do not guarantee that recipes will produce any particular result.
- Ingredient substitutions and variations are your own responsibility.
- Always handle glassware and bar equipment safely.
Cocktail recipe names and traditional recipes are not owned by Mix at Home — they form part of the public culinary tradition.
6. Affiliate links and sponsored content
Mix at Home may include affiliate links to third-party retailers. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
- Sponsored or featured products are clearly labelled within the App.
- We only feature products we consider relevant to home bartending.
- We are not responsible for third-party websites, their products, pricing, or availability.
- Any purchase you make from a third-party retailer is subject to that retailer's own terms and conditions.
7. Intellectual property
All design, branding, software code, and original content in Mix at Home is owned by us and protected by copyright. The "Mix at Home" name and logo are our property.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (such as custom ingredient notes), but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to provide and improve the service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Mix at Home is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be available at all times or free from errors.
- Information in the App is complete, accurate, or up to date.
- The App will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mix at Home and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries caused by alcohol consumption, allergic reactions to ingredients, or losses arising from third-party retailer transactions.
10. Responsible drinking

11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mix at Home at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the App.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
